The dynamics of newsgroups/mailinglists are really neat, that way. =8^) Of course, another cool dynamic is that if I get something wrong, as certainly happens more than I'd like, someone's likely to popup and correct me, again benefiting more than one person. I've also found that lists/groups scale much better than an individual and private mail. No big worries if I can't get to it right away.
