Yes, I believe the above fix fixed what it was supposed to fix, but the
show setting still doesn't work quite right: I'm not 100% sure, but I
think the problem is that it isn't applied to newly-downloaded
"headers", at least if you have "Get new headers when entering group"
on.

I.e. if in this case you enter a group where new articles exist but
haven't had their "headers gotten" yet, once gotten any of those that
are followups will just display as if "Show Matching Articles' Threads"
wasn't selected - the parent articles aren't available in the header
pane.

If you then switch to another group and back to this one (without
changing the "show" setting), the followups will have "pulled in" the
parent articles and the threads will be shown with the expected
non-bold-but-underlined font (when collapsed).

Maybe a filter-apply missing somewhere?
