I assumed the search facility of 'https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/' would be comparable with the minimum character length of usernames created. Putting 'ol' in the search does not yield your account. I have it now and see you are in the 'packager' group. Marking as '+' and you can now follow the rest of the retirement process[1].
