According to the screenshot the backup size is 82.52GB. Have you tried using STSADM?

When I try to backup MOSS, it fails with the error shown in the attached jpeg file, even though it has got ample free space on the disk. The backup size is 6.3 GB Available space on disk is 80 GB.
