When I was setting up our OTC environment, I had an unexpected issue similar to
this. I had to create a device "Keyboard: English" and assign it to each of my
thinclients. I've done this through the "Standard" hardware type.

IIRC, it would default to British English or something similar to that, without
the thinclient being told to use this device.

Good luck!

Subject: [openthinclient-user] keyboard map

I'm using the VM appliance and am having an issue with keyboard mapping. The \
key shows up as #. I'm set to US English, but there must be something I'm
missing. Please advise.

Thanks,

George
