So no one using Tumbleweed can use GNOME 3.14 for 2 months?  Why
restrict that?  What happens if 13.2 is delayed?

As you say it's only for 13.2/Factory now, I was guessing that you might
know of any potential issues that are there.  If not, I'll be glad to
test this out myself.
