Hi Justin,
the admin guide[0][1][2] has information that outlines the usual steps
and details on what configuration options might need special care.

If you have a replicated environment, you can upgrade servers
individually or introduce new servers into the cluster and retire the
old ones when you switch your live traffic over to the new ones.
