You changed the password for user: "uid=foxdiv,ou=People,dc=att,dc=com" for
SIMPLE BINDS.

Not clear to me what the goal of this command is. This attempts a
SASL/GSSAPI bind by default. Are you using Kerberos, and thus SASL/GSSAPI?
Nothing you've provided shows any attempt to connect to the ldap server
using an SIMPLE BIND with the user DN "uid=foxdiv,ou=People,dc=att,dc=com"
and a password.
