Unfortunately,

I already reinstalled gimp a couple of times.. without better results.
I already started the machine with a limited amount of shared memory for the 
internal graphic card.. without better results.
I already tried working on other images.. successfully.

I remain with the possibility to work around this problem by converting the 
images coming from my mobile with imagemagik,
I need to check if it easy to change color profile with it.

That's it.
