Don't be afraid of me, but I end up to have UFS partitions on my multibay enc
cause I only found on the man about newfs to format them and I convinced myself 
that UFS was the only
way to go. I'm still with planty of stuff to study about this OS and now I know 
that I can
create ZFS partitions myself too, right.. I will discover how!

Seems to me, by your answers, that I need to go with a sync for now, eheh.. ;)
