expect ashift of 9 or 12
where the sector size is 2 to power of the ashift
2^9 = 512, 2^12 = 4096
or 1 << ashift.
To be clear, installgrub should be after number 4, after replacing the
first drive. Then again after replacing the second. Each device in the
rpool should be bootable. Also check that the BIOS tries to boot from
all devices.
