I don't know enough about this to tell what those errors mean, but it
looks like some aspect of vbox is involved. However the line right
before the failure to load `vboxvideo', where module ABI shows a
version mismatch...seems like it might be important.
You have to update virtualbox drivers (guest additions). Drivers from
4.3.22 work for me.
