For one, circling back with your findings and solution will help others in the future.
For two, I use OpenBD for email features (CFIMAP to manage bounce and feedback loop traffic from broadcast campaigns, among other things), and read your thread with interest.

We use the single server install as structured by the VivoTech installer (for anyones future reference).

Everything seems to be triggering properly and filtering now.
