The ACML license does not include those terms, unless I missed them: http://amd-dev.wpengine.netdna-cdn.com/wordpress/media/2013/12/ACML_June_24_2010_v2.pdf I assume that AMD negotiated to release themselves from full terms of the PG license, but if anyone knows differently, please say...
