Awful, and insanely expensive. :-( And if you look at ACML, you will find that the MSVC compatible version is built with the PG compiler. (There is an Intel ifort version too, but the PG version is the only one that actually works.) So if you want ACML, beware that it is tainted with a PG license on the runtime libraries.
