I tried a quick attempt at `@typescript-eslint` v6 upgrade but the ESLint config doesn't work at all so yeah, 5.1.6 it is :D Beside, the PR is pretty full so the less mental burden for reviewers, the better :D -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
