Implements the Logging-RabbitMQ E2E subtask from #5529. Adds a dedicated E2E module and a RabbitMQ Compose service. The scenario enables the plugin, sends a request through the gateway, consumes the resulting message, decompresses the plugin's LZ4 payload, and verifies the logged request URI. The CI case resolver now selects this E2E job for changes to the new case and includes it in the full E2E matrix. Validation: - `./mvnw -B -ntp -f shenyu-e2e/pom.xml -pl shenyu-e2e-case/shenyu-e2e-case-logging-rabbitmq -am -DskipTests -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true -Drat.skip=true -Djacoco.skip=true test` — passed; Checkstyle clean and E2E sources compiled. - `bash .github/scripts/resolve-test-case-matrix-test.sh` — passed. - Shell syntax, Compose config parsing, and `git diff --check` — passed. - Attempted the full local E2E script, but Docker Hub timed out while pulling `shenyu-admin`; it failed before the test environment or E2E case started.
