Correction to my earlier non-blocking Zookeeper follow-up: this has since been addressed on `upstream/master` by #7385 (`2916a2fb`, `fix(admin): guard getMasterUrl in the zookeeper cluster implementation`). The current implementation handles an absent info znode and unreadable content, and normalizes context paths with or without a leading slash; `ClusterSelectMasterServiceZookeeperImplTest` covers those cases.
