Follow-up: I found that decoding each captured `DataBuffer` independently corrupts UTF-8 characters split across buffer/flush boundaries. Updated the capture path to copy readable bytes without advancing the forwarded buffers and decode the combined body only after the write completes. Added regression tests for a split multibyte character in both `writeWith` and `writeAndFlushWith`, including assertions that the forwarded bytes remain intact. Validation: `./mvnw -B -ntp -pl shenyu-plugin/shenyu-plugin-mcp-server -am -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true -Drat.skip=true -Djacoco.skip=true test` passed (101 tests, Checkstyle clean); `git diff --check` passed.
