Fixes #6589 Replace the public Baidu URL in `UpstreamCheckTaskTest` with a loopback URL backed by an ephemeral `ServerSocket`. The test still exercises the real socket-connect health-check path and no longer depends on external DNS, network egress, or a public site being available. Validation: `./mvnw -pl shenyu-loadbalancer -am -Dtest=UpstreamCheckTaskTest -DfailIfNoTests=false -Djacoco.skip=true -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true test` (10 tests passed; Checkstyle clean). `git diff --check` passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
