Supplemental reproduction for my review request: on the current PR head, I
added a temporary probe to `AbstractDataChangedListenerTest` that passes one
`SelectorData` from `namespace-a` and one from `namespace-b` to
`onSelectorChanged`. The listener called
`SelectorService.listAllByNamespaceId("namespace-a")` and never called it for
`namespace-b`, confirming the later namespace's cache is not refreshed for a
mixed-namespace event.
`./mvnw -B -ntp -pl shenyu-admin -am -Dtest=AbstractDataChangedListenerTest
-DfailIfNoTests=false test` passed (38-module reactor; 10 tests, 0
failures/errors; Checkstyle clean). The probe was temporary in an isolated
worktree and was removed afterward; it is not part of the PR. This confirms the
requested regression needs to exercise a mixed-namespace import/event.
