The current head (`526e6f12`) has passed `rat_check`, the requirement gate, license-header validation, and the Kubernetes Gateway API integration workflow. The workflow-only change initially showed that the existing module resolver deliberately treats `.github/*` as non-code, so RAT now uses the path-filter output directly and is enforced independently by the requirement job.
