## Description Add the operation-time and operator/time indexes already used by H2 and MySQL to the OceanBase, openGauss, Oracle, and PostgreSQL initialization schemas and 2.7.1-to-2.7.2 upgrade scripts. This keeps time-range queries and username-filtered log queries indexed across supported databases. This change does not alter the existing pagination, query, or API behavior. It addresses the confirmed cross-database schema gap discussed in #6675. Closes #6675 ## Tests - Verified both expected index definitions exist in each of the eight affected initialization/upgrade scripts. - `git diff --check` - Database-specific DDL integration tests were not run locally because OceanBase, openGauss, Oracle, and PostgreSQL clients/services are unavailable in this environment. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
