Thank you for the substantial work on this migration.\n\nWe need to close this PR because its current dependency model is not compatible with ASF release policy. The PR adds to , which resolves Hibernate ORM 6.x and Hibernate Commons Annotations as runtime dependencies. Those versions are licensed under LGPL-2.1, and the ASF classifies LGPL 2/2.1/3 as Category X:\n\nhttps://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html#category-x\n\nCategory X components cannot be included in Apache source or binary releases. This is directly applicable here: the PR records the Hibernate artifacts as LGPL binary dependencies in , and the ShenYu Admin distribution packages runtime dependencies into its directory. Adding the notice does not make redistribution acceptable under ASF policy.\n\nThis does not mean that Jakarta Persistence/JPA itself is prohibited. The work could be reconsidered in the future with a provider and complete transitive dependency chain that are compatible with ASF release policy, tog ether with multi-database compatibility verification and PMC/Apache Legal confirmation.
