Refs #6678. Expand client registration controller tests to cover metadata, URI, API documentation, discovery configuration, MCP registration and offline requests. Verify published DTO types and payloads, default and explicit namespaces, missing and malformed request bodies, and namespace existence checks. Replace global Spring context setup with a mocked NamespaceService.
