## Background
Unlike `pathExisted`, `pathExistedExclude` had no `namespace_id` filter, so
the update-path uniqueness check walked every `meta_data` row matching the
path across all namespaces: same-path metadata in other namespaces blocked a
legitimate update, and `path` being unindexed made each call a full scan.
## Changes
- `pathExistedExclude` now takes and filters `namespace_id`, consistent with
`pathExisted`; the service passes `metaDataDTO.getNamespaceId()`.
- `NOT IN` rewritten as a correlated `NOT EXISTS` per the issue.
- Index `meta_data(namespace_id, path)` added to every init script (mysql,
ob,
pg, og, oracle, H2) and to the 2.7.1 -> 2.7.2 upgrade scripts; it also
serves the existing `findAllByNamespaceId` lookups.
- Two H2-backed mapper regression tests: excluding the own row id ignores the
same-path row, and the same path in another namespace is not reported.
## Verification
- `MetaDataMapperTest` (17, includes the two new tests),
`MetaDataServiceTest`
(16), `MetaDataControllerTest` (10): all pass.
- Full `shenyu-admin` module: `Tests run: 1495, Failures: 0, Errors: 0,
Skipped: 1`, BUILD SUCCESS. Checkstyle: 0 violations.
