The deployment workflow currently installs dependencies and builds every pull request, duplicating the checks already performed by `build.yml`, even though its deployment step only runs on pushes to `master`. Remove the `pull_request` trigger from `deploy.yml`. Pull requests continue to run the build workflow, while pushes to `master` continue to build and deploy the dashboard with the existing deployment guard. Validation: parsed both workflow YAML files and verified the deployment trigger is limited to `master` pushes, the PR build trigger remains present, and the deployment guard is unchanged. `git diff --check` passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
