## Summary - Reject tag deletions that would leave children outside the requested deletion set. - Delete API/tag relations by tag ID and remove tags in one transaction. - Return without issuing SQL for empty deletion requests. - Add unit and H2 integration coverage for parent/child deletion, unrelated relations, rejected deletion, and rollback.
