## Summary - Apply explicit SQL pagination to namespace-plugin lists. The query inherits pageParameter, which the existing Pageable aspect does not discover. - Remove plugin JAR blobs from list/search projections; keep plugin detail retrieval unchanged. - Replace the derived table with a direct join while preserving name, namespace and enabled filters. - Keep substring-search semantics unchanged. Shared secondary-index work is tracked in #6677. Fixes #6676 ## Validation - NamespacePluginServiceTest and NamespacePluginRelMapperTest passed (7 tests). - H2 coverage verifies totals, distinct pages, enabled/name/namespace filtering, omitted list BLOBs and preserved detail BLOBs. - Maven validate Checkstyle and RAT passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
