## Summary - Enable SQL pagination for app auth, dashboard users, registries, instances and mock request records. - Remove redundant explicit count queries so PageHelper applies to the actual list query. - Start namespace pagination only after resolving permitted namespace IDs; always clear its pagination context. - AI proxy API keys already use PageHelper and are unchanged. API pagination is handled by #7235; namespace-plugin pagination is handled separately with #6676.
