Reinitializing Huawei LTS, Tencent CLS or Aliyun SLS logging clients leaves their callback executor alive. Shut down each owned executor in a finally block after closing the SDK resources, including partial initialization and producer close failures. Fixes #6654. Validation: focused `testCloseShutsDown*` tests in all three `*LogCollectClientTest` classes, with their Maven reactors and Checkstyle enabled.
