## Description
The Metadata page filters by `path` (state field, sent by `query`), and its
`fetchValue` objects include both `appName` and `path`. But `metadata/reload`
only forwards `{ appName, currentPage, pageSize, namespaceId }`, so after any
mutation the list is re-fetched without the `path` filter while the search box
still shows it.

## Impact
Toggle a metadata status, copy or edit a record while a path filter is
active: the table reverts to the unfiltered list but the input still shows the
filter.
## Suggested fix
Forward `path` in `reload` (and remove the unused `appName`).
