## Description
The lookup uses `buttonCache[perms]` but the store uses the literal property
name `perms`, so every lookup misses and overwrites the same slot.
## Location

## Impact
The cache is dead code; each render recomputes the permission check. If
fixed as-is it also needs invalidation on permission refresh (`buttonCache =
{}` at line 31 exists for this).
## Suggested fix
Write `buttonCache[perms] = authFunction`.
