## Description
`auth/reload` forwards `{ name, currentPage, pageSize, namespaceId }`, but
the AppAuth page filters on `appKey` and `phone` (state), so the filter is
dropped on reload. The page's `fetchValue` objects hardcode `pageSize: 20`
while the table's page size defaults to 12; the model reload and the
component's own `closeModal(true)` query then race.

## Impact
After add/update/enable, the table can show 20 unfiltered rows under a
12-row pager, or lose the active filter.
## Suggested fix
Forward `appKey`/`phone` in `reload`, use the current `pageSize` from state,
and let one of the two refresh paths win (drop the redundant query).
