## Description
Both models define `*reload(params, { put })` inside the `reducers` block
instead of `effects`. dva invokes reducers synchronously as `reducer(state,
action)`, so calling `put({ type: "reload", fetchValue })` from
`add`/`update`/`delete`/`updateEn` does not run the generator body; it returns
a Generator object which becomes the new model state.
`pluginHandleList`/`shenyuDictList`/`total` all become `undefined` and the
intended `fetch` is never dispatched.

and does not re-query, so the Dict page is visibly affected; PluginHandle is
masked because its `closeModal` re-queries)
## Impact
On `/config/dict`, adding, editing or deleting a dictionary shows a success
toast but the table is not refreshed (and the store state for the model is
briefly corrupted). Any future page that relies on the model `reload` will
silently not refresh.
## Suggested fix
Move both `*reload` generators into the `effects` block (as done in
`src/models/auth.js`, `src/models/discovery.js`, etc.).
