Treat the request `rpc_type` header as valid only when a matching context decorator is registered. Unknown values now continue through normal metadata detection and ultimately fall back to the HTTP decorator instead of dereferencing null. If no matching or HTTP fallback decorator exists, the builder raises a descriptive `ShenyuException` rather than a bare `NullPointerException`. Tests cover both the HTTP fallback and missing-fallback cases.
