## Summary
- Add `@NotEmpty` validation to the registry batch-delete request.
- Add `@NotEmpty` validation to the namespace batch-delete request.
## Test
- Added `RegistryControllerTest#testDeleteRejectsEmptyIds`.
- Added `NamespaceControllerTest#testDeleteRejectsEmptyIds`.
- Tests use Bean Validation's `ExecutableValidator` to verify that empty
ID lists produce constraint violations.
