Keep the existing `shenyu.apache.org/upstreams-protocol` annotation effective across every Divide upstream construction path. This change: - applies the configured protocol to default backends - preserves per-ingress protocols when Endpoint events rebuild selectors - preserves protocols during the initial ingress Endpoint refresh - falls back to `http://` for missing, blank, or incomplete protocol lists Tests: - `./mvnw -q -pl shenyu-kubernetes-controller -am -DskipTests=false -Dcheckstyle.skip=false -Dtest=DivideIngressParserTest,EndpointsReconcilerTest -DfailIfNoTests=false test` The broader reactor run reached an unrelated existing failure in `SpringBeanUtilsTest`.
