Fixes #6726 Plugin class loader creation and removal now use atomic ConcurrentHashMap compute operations. Replacements for the same jar key are serialized and every displaced loader is closed before the new loader becomes active. The regression test concurrently installs 32 loaders for one jar key and verifies that all 31 displaced loaders are closed.
