Fixes #6601.
## Changes
- Remove obsolete `maven.compiler.source` and `maven.compiler.target` Java 8
overrides from the production TCP modules.
- Remove the same overrides from the integrated-test parent and affected
child modules.
- Let these modules inherit the root project's Java 17 compiler
configuration.
## Verification
- Verified that the effective compiler configuration uses `source=17` and
`target=17`.
- Verified that the generated TCP class files use Java 17 bytecode.
- Ran:
`mvn -pl :shenyu-protocol-tcp,:shenyu-spring-boot-starter-plugin-tcp -am
test`
- All 16 reactor modules completed successfully.
