## What is this PR for? Fixes #6562. This PR fixes the Huawei LTS client configuration for handling extra-long single logs. ## Changes - Read `setGiveUpExtraLongSingleLog` from its dedicated configuration field. - Prevent this behavior from incorrectly following the unrelated `enableLocalTest` flag. - Add a regression test using opposite values for the two flags to verify that they are configured independently. ## Verification - Huawei LTS logging plugin: 12 tests passed. - Checkstyle passed with no violations. @Aias00 Could you please help review this PR?
