Fixes #6768 ## 改动背景 `PulsarLogCollectClient` 继承的 `AbstractLogConsumeClient` 已经统一处理了 shutdown hook。 不过 Pulsar 客户端在自己的初始化逻辑里又额外注册了一次，导致同一个客户端会注册两个关闭钩子。应用退出时可能会重复执行关闭逻辑，也会让关闭钩子的管理变得不一致。 ## 本次修改 移除 `PulsarLogCollectClient` 中重复注册的 shutdown hook，统一使用父类已有的生命周期处理逻辑。 这次只涉及重复的关闭钩子，日志发送、配置刷新和正常关闭流程都没有改动。 ## 验证情况 已连续执行两次 Pulsar 日志模块测试： - Tests run: 19 - Failures: 0 - Errors: 0 - Skipped: 0 - BUILD SUCCESS -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
