## Description
The join query does `INNER JOIN selector s on dr.selector_id = s.id and
s.enabled = 1 where s.name = #{selectorName}`. The `selector` table's name
column is `selector_name` (see `selector-sqlmap.xml:26` and
`Base_Column_List`), not `name`. Executing this statement throws `Unknown
column 's.name'`. Declared in `DiscoveryMapper.java:143` but no service-layer
caller found, so latent.

## Impact
Latent broken SQL — wiring `selectBySelectorNameAndPluginName` throws
immediately.
## Suggested fix
Change `s.name` to `s.selector_name`.
## Related existing
Distinct from N19 (#6688, `auth_path` non-existent `namespace_id` column) —
different mapper, different non-existent column (`name` on `selector`).
