## Description
`<foreach collection="namespaceUserRelDOList" item="namespaceUserRelDO"
...>` declares the item as `namespaceUserRelDO`, but every binding inside
references `namespacePluginRelDO.id`, `.namespaceId`, `.userId`,
`.dateCreated`, `.dateUpdated` — a leftover from `namespace_plugin_rel`.
MyBatis would throw a `BindingException` ("Parameter 'namespacePluginRelDO' not
found") at execution. The `batchSave` statement currently has no Java caller
(`NamespaceUserRelMapper` declares only
`selectByNamespaceIdAndUserId/selectListByUserId/selectListByNamespaceId/insertSelective`),
so it is latent.

## Impact
Latent runtime bomb — wiring this mapper method (e.g. for batch
namespace-user import) would immediately throw `BindingException`.
## Suggested fix
Replace all five `namespacePluginRelDO.` prefixes with `namespaceUserRelDO.`.
## Related existing
Distinct from N1 (#6614, `namespace_plugin_rel` resultMap wrong column) —
different mapper file, different defect class (foreach variable vs resultMap
column).
