corresponding artifact is missing or not synced (e.g., partial merges,
CDN/cache, or packaging differences). Consider referencing a stable entrypoint
(e.g., a manifest-driven lookup, or a non-hashed alias like index.js that
points to the current hashed bundle during the build) so `index.html` doesn’t
need to change on every artifact sync.
