"ttl", Gson sets it to null. `config.getTtl()` returns null, `.isEmpty()`
throws NPE.

not configured.
- suggested_fix: Use `StringUtils.isBlank(config.getTtl())` or
`Optional.ofNullable(...).orElse("30")`.
