`getRequestTemplate().get("url").getAsString()` with no null checks.
`getRequestTemplate()` returns null when config lacks `requestTemplate`;
`.get("url")` returns null when `url` is absent. Either case NPEs on every tool
invocation.
- impact: Tool calls with missing `requestTemplate`/`url` fail with opaque
NPE.
