Cross-link: same root-cause family as #6490 — both are ingress parsers that NPE when the `V1Endpoints` lookup returns null, because `v1Endpoints.getSubsets()` is dereferenced without a null check. This one is `DubboIngressParser.java:337-338, 161-162`; #6490 is `GrpcParser.java:156, 187`. The Divide parser (`DivideIngressParser.java:157-160, 300-303`) already has the guard to mirror.
