## Description No `requireMavenVersion`, `requireJavaVersion`, `dependencyConvergence`, `requireUpperBoundDeps`, or `bannedDependencies` (repo-wide grep: 0 matches). ## Location ``` repo-wide grep (0 matches) ``` ## Impact No build-time guardrail against version/convergence drift.
