## Description `.setGiveUpExtraLongSingleLog(Boolean.parseBoolean(huaweiLtsLogConfig.getEnableLocalTest()))` — the "give up extra-long single log" behavior is driven by the **`enableLocalTest`** flag, not by its own config field.
